FEYNLAB Interior Ceramic is a high-solids nano-ceramic coating engineered for automotive interior surfaces including vinyl, leather, plastics, and trim. INTERIOR SURFACES DESERVE REAL PROTECTION

The interior of a vehicle takes more daily contact than any other surface. UV exposure degrades vinyl and leather from the inside out. Heat cycling stresses every material repeatedly. Spills, skin oils, cleaning products, and everyday friction all contribute to a steady decline in appearance and material integrity. Most interior protectants address none of this in any lasting way. Silicone-based dressings and surface sprays sit on top of the material, provide minimal resistance, and wear off within days or weeks. They also leave behind the greasy, artificial sheen that can make a detailed interior surface look worse than a clean one. A true ceramic interior coating changes that equation entirely. The protection bonds into the material itself rather than sitting on top of it. UV resistance, chemical resistance, and enhanced cleanability become permanent features of the surface rather than temporary treatments that need to be reapplied constantly. For any vehicle where the interior condition matters, this is the standard the protection should meet.

The finish is natural, clean, and OEM-correct. The surface looks as though it was never coated at all. For anyone who wants real long-term protection without changing the original character of the interior, that is exactly the point.

Interior Ceramic was developed as a genuine long-term solution for interior surfaces. The formulation delivers strong UV resistance to prevent fading and discoloration, heat resistance suited to the thermal demands of automotive interiors, chemical resistance against common interior contaminants, and enhanced cleanability that remains effective over the life of the coating. Although we do not have a longevity warranty for this product, you should expect 6-12 months of protection on most interior surfaces.

Leveling is smooth and uniform with no streaking. The coating stays workable throughout the application process. Once cured, surfaces feel clean and protected without any tacky or greasy residue.

INSTALLATION

Proper surface preparation is critical before applying Interior Ceramic. Clean all surfaces thoroughly using FEYNLAB Interior Cleaner or a suitable IPA wipe-down. FEYNLAB Panel Prep may also be used at this stage to ensure all surfaces are free of oils, residue, and contamination before coating begins.

Once all surfaces are clean and fully prepared, begin the coating process.

Shake the bottle vigorously for 2 minutes. Open the cap and allow the product to breathe for 1 minute, then close and shake for 1 additional minute. During this process, confirm that the metal ball bearing inside the bottle is fully dislodged and audible during shaking. This ensures the matting agent is thoroughly blended throughout the formula. Continue shaking the bottle between each individual panel application throughout the installation.

Apply enough product to a clean applicator pad to cover the panel being worked on. Spread in thin, even overlapping passes using a crosshatch pattern to ensure full and consistent coverage across the surface. Allow the product to dwell for 1 to 3 minutes.

Using two clean microfiber towels, begin removal. The first towel lifts the majority of the remaining product from the surface. The second towel follows with a light buff to a clean, uniform finish. Minimal pressure is needed at both stages.

Work panel by panel through the interior until all surfaces are coated.
