The Feynlab Affiliate Program allows approved creators, enthusiasts, and professionals to earn commission by sharing Feynlab’s DIY and approved consumer products with their audience. Affiliates receive a personalized coupon code to share. When a customer uses that code, the sale is tracked and attributed to the affiliate.

 

Terms & Conditions

By applying to or participating in the FEYNLAB INC. Affiliate Program, the affiliate agrees to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

 

Commission Structure

  • Customer Discount: 10% off eligible purchases
  • Affiliate Commission: 10% of the product subtotal
  • Eligible Orders: Completed, paid orders that are not canceled or returned
  • Non-Commissionable Orders: Refunded, partially refunded, charged back, or canceled orders
  • Stacking: Affiliate codes cannot be combined with other promotions

Commissions are calculated on product totals only and do not include taxes, shipping, or additional fees.

 

Coupon Code Release

  • Each affiliate receives a personalized coupon code during onboarding
  • Codes are valid for guest and retail customer accounts only
  • Codes are not valid for installer, reseller, or distributor purchases
  • Codes may not be shared for professional or wholesale ordering
  • Codes may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly approved

 

Payout Schedule & Payment Method

  • No minimum payout threshold
  • Payouts are issued on the first business day of each month
  • Payments are sent via PayPal only
  • Affiliates must provide a valid PayPal email address
  • Affiliates are responsible for any PayPal fees, taxes, or reporting obligations

Incomplete affiliate profiles may delay payouts. Required profile details include:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Billing Address
  • PayPal Email Address

 

Eligible Products

The affiliate program applies only to Feynlab DIY and approved consumer products. Professional installer coatings, pro-only products, restricted lines, and installer-exclusive items are not eligible for affiliate promotion.

 

Where You Can Promote

Affiliates may promote Feynlab through organic, unpaid channels such as:

  • Organic social media posts
  • Blogs and personal websites
  • YouTube videos and livestreams
  • Educational, review, or informational content
  • Forums and community discussions where promotion is allowed

All promotions must be honest, transparent, and clearly reflect your own experience with the products.

 

Paid Advertisement & Traffic Restrictions

To protect brand integrity and installer relationships, affiliates may not:

  • Run paid search ads (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
  • Bid on Feynlab brand keywords or misspellings
  • Run paid social ads or boosted posts using affiliate links
  • Use sponsored placements, paid influencer boosts, or ad amplification

Affiliate promotion must remain fully organic unless written approval is granted by Feynlab.

 

Data Use & Marketing Restrictions

Affiliates may not:

  • Use Feynlab customer databases or internal data
  • Use scraped, rented, purchased, or third-party email lists
  • Deploy tracking pixels or retargeting tools tied to Feynlab traffic
  • Send email marketing without written approval

All traffic must come from your own audience and organic reach.

 

Content & Brand Guidelines

Affiliates must:

  • Use approved Feynlab logos and brand assets
  • Represent products accurately and truthfully
  • Disclose affiliate relationships where required by law
  • Avoid implying employment or official partnership with Feynlab

Affiliates may not:

  • Alter logos or trademarks
  • Claim exclusive offers unless authorized
  • Present themselves as installers, distributors, or employees
  • Promote professional-only products without approval

 

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

  • Offer cash back, giveaways, or incentives to encourage code use
  • Use their own code on personal purchases
  • Share codes with installers, resellers, or distributors
  • Misrepresent product certifications, warranties, or performance claims
  • Generate artificial traffic, cookie stuffing, or attribution manipulation

Violations may result in commission reversal and removal from the program.

 

Installers As Activities

Feynlab installers may also participate as affiliates. However:

  • Affiliate codes apply only to retail and guest customer purchases
  • Installer account purchases remain non-commissionable

 

Returns, Refunds & Adjustments

If an order is returned, refunded, or charged back:

  • The associated commission is voided
  • If already paid, the amount may be deducted from a future payout

 

International Availability

Affiliate programs are currently available in:

  • United States
  • Europe (via EU Feynlab website)
  • United Kingdom (via UK Feynlab website)

Affiliates should apply through the site that matches their primary market.

 

Program Monitoring, Changes & Termination

Feynlab reserves the right to:

  • Audit traffic sources
  • Request proof of promotional methods
  • Withhold or reverse commissions from non-compliant activity
  • Update commission structures or program rules
  • Remove affiliates from the program at any time

Continued participation indicates acceptance of program updates.
