Introducing Feynlab Plastic Black Ultra – The ultimate black trim restoration solution. Elevate your automotive detailing game with Feynlab Plastic Black Ultra, a revolutionary ceramic-based trim restorer meticulously crafted for black trim restoration. This is a one-of a kind solution that goes beyond traditional approaches, with advanced molecular technology to address plastic degradation at its core.
STORY BEHIND THE LAUNCH
Plastic Black Ultra was developed to help car owners overcome the challenges they face due to faded plastic trims – a common issue that affects the aesthetic and integrity of their vehicles. This necessitated a solution that went beyond conventional methods. Plastic Black Ultra was created to address this issue at its core, turning back the clock on faded plastic trims and bringing them back to life!
Plastic Black Ultra is based on a revolutionary repolymerization process. This advanced technology addresses molecular breaks in polymer chains caused by UV exposure and environmental elements. Plastic Black Ultra restores the plastic surface while also providing extreme durability and resistance to environmental factors.
We have always aimed to improve our products and explore possibilities to offer our customers high-quality products that outperform anything else available. Plastic Black Ultra is more than just a product; it demonstrates our unwavering commitment to redefining the possibilities in automotive care.
Elevate your standards. Elevate your craft. Elevate with Plastic Black Ultra.
PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS
1. Revolutionary Restoration in
1-2 swipes:
Feynlab Plastic Black Ultra is the industry’s go-to solution for trim restoration, offering revolutionary efficiency in just 1-2 swipes. In just 1-2 swipes, this innovative formula transforms faded plastic trim into a glossy, rich black finish.
2. Advanced Molecular Technology:
Unlike competitors, Plastic Black Ultra doesn’t just address surface issues; it dives deep into molecular restoration. The repolymerization process works by chemically bonding with disrupted polymer chains, to repair and reconstruct the plastic surface at a molecular level. This process not only restores the plastic but also integrates it with a ceramic backbone, resulting in a super durable surface.
3. Unique Ceramic backbone Formulation:
Feynlab Plastic Black Ultra stands out in the market with its unique formulation, establishing itself as the ONLY ceramic-based trim restorer with a black pigment. The ceramic backbone adds a layer of protection that is resilient to physical and chemical wear. This not only extends the lifespan of the restored plastic but also maintains its aesthetic quality longer than traditional restorers.
4. Ideal Choice for Industrial Applications:
Due to enhanced durability and a thicker formulation than its predecessor, Plastic Black Ultra expands its uses beyond the automotive industry, emerging as the optimal choice for industrial applications and delivering unparalleled protection for heavy machinery.

INCLUDED
30ml (1oz) FEYNLAB® PLASTIC BLACK ULTRA
CAUTIONS
Always wear respirator & gloves during application. Ensure the application area is free of loose contamination.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Thoroughly clean vehicle using FEYNLAB® PURE WASH or PURE RINSELESS. If needed, follow with a topical decontamination clay treatment using FEYNLAB® PRIME. If deeper cleaning is desired, use FEYNLAB PANEL PREP. Prior to application place vehicle in a well-lit, temperature-controlled 50°F-85°F (10°C-30°C) & contamination free environment.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
It is best to work on a few (2-3) medium sized panels at a time, especially if in heat or direct sun:
- Thoroughly shake the bottle before use, making sure to thoroughly mix pigment with coating.
- Using the microfiber applicator, apply a small amount of PLASTIC BLACK ULTRA and work into the surface. The amount of product should be enough to evenly coat the area without over saturation.
- Allow plastic to dwell and seep in for 5-10 min or apply as much as needed in a 5-10 minute window. After 5 min, go back to application starting point, evening out surface, and removing excess product.
- Multiple Coats for EXTREMELY Faded Trim: Allow application to cure for at least 12 - 24hrs between additional coats.
Note: The amount of PLASTIC BLACK ULTRA required will vary based upon the overall type of plastic and the starting condition. More oxidized faded plastics may require more products or multiple applications.
FINAL INSPECTION
Be sure to carefully inspect all finished panels for any leftover coating residue (high spots) during the final wipe. Commonly edges, emblems, and other tight areas may contain some remaining residue. High spots are much easier to remove if caught within a 20-40 min window after the final wipe, than later when the coating has set, and curing has started. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to cure surfaces in the sun right after application for as long as possible.
POST APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Avoid any incidental water exposure for 4 hours. If it does occur, gently wipe water off the surface.
- Avoid all chemicals including car washes for 7 days.
CLIMATE NOTES
All FEYNLAB® Coatings are subject to different dwell and curing time windows due to humidity and temperature. In General, the higher the humidity level the quicker the coating will cure. If humidity level approaches 80% or higher, consider lessening the recommended dwell and wipe times for the coating.
